Aristide Martin, trains you with his Neuroboxing method to achieve your sporting goals while adapting the exercises to your specific health characteristics.

The first session takes place at the Boxwin SA office to give you the Neuroboxe tests. Then, during the first practical lesson, you will receive your personal file with all the data on your pugilistic skills.

The training of boxing techniques is thus more natural and better targeted.

In short, it is a tailor-made education that is offered to you.
