You have the possibility of evolving with Neurobox by following training courses certified by Boxwin SA
Basic Neurobox
Pre-requisite :
none
- Analysis of the natural guard and additional aging
- Natural guard practice on gear and with partner
- Theory on the specifics of its natural and complementary guard
- 6 months of practice
- Final exam: natural guard practice and oral exam on its natural and complementary guard
Advanced Neurobox
Prerequisites :
basic Neurobox or / and equivalent
- Control of its natural guard on gear and in sparrings
- Deepening of boxing techniques linked to its natural guard
- Complementary guard practice
- Theory on the differences and associations of the natural and complementary guard
- Learning to move from one guard to another
- Sparrings in the two guards
- One year of practice
- Final exam: practice of the two guards on gear, in sparings and oral exam on the whole
Instructor Neurobox
Prerequisites :
coach license recognized by a federation + Advanced Neurobox or / and equivalent
- Learning the tests to perform before analysis
- Practice and theory on the complete Neurobox teaching method
- Practice as an assistant with a Neurobox instructor recognized by Boxwin SA
- Teaching practical exam with pupils and written theoretical test
- Possibility to open a club in Switzerland with the Neurobox label if successful
